The industry of Philippines outsourcing has its major hub in Manila that it ranked as the second top Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) destination in the Asia-Pacific Region by the International Data Corporation (IDC). This rapid growth shows increase by 40% in the Philippines outsourcing sector for this year and is generating revenues of $2.1 billion in 2006, placing third behind India and China and slightly ahead of Malaysia.
